I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, although a bit small and in dull colors. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff, especially Sakina, ö2lem, and Hülya going above and beyond to assist. The location was excellent, close to the metro station and the main shopping area. The dining experience could be improved to match the five-star rating. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
